Hello!

The basic 6 RSerPool documents have become RFC on September 30! This has been
a major milestone for the RSerPool development. The latest release of RSPLIB,
the world's first Open Source implementation of the new IETF framework and
the IETF RSerPool WG's reference implementation, is available here:
http://tdrwww.exp-math.uni-essen.de/dreibholz/rserpool/#Download .

There have also been some news reports on our RSPLIB/RSerPool presentation in
Haikou, Hainan, on September 26:
- Hainan News: http://news.hainan.net/newshtml08/2008w9r26/440899f0.htm
- China News: http://www.hi.chinanews.com.cn/hnnew/2008-09-27/126116.html
Furthermore, there has been a report on Hainan-TV. It can be downloaded here:
http://www.exp-math.uni-essen.de/~dreibh/rserpool/RSerPool-Presentation-HainanTV-Xvid.avi
(Xvid-encoded video).

Happy RSerPooling!
